Using the portfolio

These terms apply to your use of the Shot Four Productions portfolio at shot4prod.web.app. The website introduces Chris, presents visual work and experiments, and offers a way to start a conversation. Please use it lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the site.

There is no public account, checkout, booking, or payment service on this website. An inquiry does not confirm availability or create a paid engagement. Any collaboration, fee, delivery, or license must be agreed separately.

Images, identity, and sharing

The website’s design, code, brand identity, logos, written material, and visual assets belong to Shot Four Productions or their respective rights holders, to the extent protected by applicable law. No ownership of a third party’s trademark or equipment design is claimed. Camera and equipment names identify the products being discussed.

You are welcome to browse the collection and share links to its pages. Commercial reuse, redistribution of assets as your own, or use of the Shot Four Productions identity requires permission from the relevant rights holder. These terms do not limit fair use, fair dealing, or other rights provided by law.

The current portfolio includes AI-generated photographic studies and rendered 3D objects. These are creative explorations and should not be treated as documentary photographs of real events, endorsements, or proof of commissioned work. The use of AI does not imply that every element is eligible for copyright protection.

Respectful use

Please do not attempt to access the private editor without permission, bypass security, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site’s operation, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights. Automated access must respect reasonable technical limits and must not disrupt service.

Viewing a public page does not grant access to private source materials, administrator tools, or unpublished content. We may restrict abusive access when needed to protect the site and other visitors.

Messages and outside services

The contact composer prepares a note on your device. It does not send the note automatically. You decide whether to copy it, open Instagram, and send it. Please send only information you are comfortable sharing and have the right to provide.

Links and optional video players may lead to or use independent services. Their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices are their responsibility. A link does not imply endorsement of everything on that service.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the portfolio accurate and working, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. Visual work, descriptions, features, and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every creative experiment will work identically on every device.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on general portfolio content, service interruptions, or independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.

Questions, concerns, and updates

If you have a question about these terms or believe content infringes your rights, contact @shot4_produx on Instagram. Include the page link, the material concerned, and a way to follow up. We will review the concern and respond as appropriate.

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. A separate written agreement for a collaboration or license takes precedence for that engagement.
